Sequoia’s Neil Shen Tops Forbes China Ranking Of Best Venture Capital Investors

Neil Shen, the founding partner of Sequoia Capital China, topped an annual list of China’s best venture capital investors released today by Forbes China, the licensed Chinese-language edition of Forbes magazine.

The 100-member list is modeled on the “Midas List” of successful VC investors in the U.S. published annually by Forbes magazine. It takes into account returns earned for investors on exits in the past year. (Click here for a recent interview with Shen, who was also a member of the 2021 Forbes Billionaires List and 2021 Forbes Midas List.)

Rounding out the top three on the new Forbes China VC list were Richard Liu, founding partner at 5Y Ventures, and Nisa Leung, managing partner at Qiming Ventures.
