LivePreso ramps up real estate deal with REA Group

Automated digital content platform LivePreso has expanded its relationship with REA Group to the commercial and developer side of the online real estate business.

The relationship between LivePreso (formerly SalesPreso) and REA dates back to 2014, with the group becoming early adopters of the platform for real estate agents to make data-driven sales presentations.

More recently LivePreso has helped REA Group’s commercial property arm, realcommercial.com.au, providing customers with a unique interactive experience, through pricing calculators and performance data.

Amy Read, executive manager of customer marketing at REA Group, estimates that during the fourth quarter of FY21, the company created 5,000 presentations using LivePreso. Using the platform saved her teams more than 5,000 presale hours in preparing presentations, delivering around $250,000 in productivity savings.

“LivePreso allowed us to up the hours our sales team was selling, with less time preparing and more time in front of the customer where they can make a difference and increase the satisfaction of our customer base,” she said

“We’ve achieved significant increases in productivity, automating all the manual and repetitive tasks that are involved in creating tailored customer presentations.”

LivePreso co-founder and CEO Aaron Cooper said that time saving meant REA Group’s Residential team saved two years worth of sales presentation prep time in the quarter.

“LivePreso’s deep integration capabilities and ongoing commitment to business outcomes over an eight-year-long partnership with REA Group have led to the expansion of our offering to their Commercial Property and Developer teams,” he said

“We’re proud of our long relationship with REA Group. They’ve always been market leaders in sales transformation and innovation. We look forward to driving ever greater results across the group in the coming years.”

The company has a customer base that also includes Asahi, Macquarie Telecom, Iress, Aware Super (formerly First State), and Booking.com.
