Rodrigo Batista, CEO of Digitra: Digitra.com Launches Globally

Rodrigo Batista is Brazilian, born in Minas Gerais. He joined the business world as a computer engineer in the financial world. But the entrepreneurial mindset that had shown itself since childhood has only grown.

In 2011, Rodrigo got in touch with Bitcoin technology and, believing in the innovative potential, became a co-founder of the exchange Mercado Bitcoin in 2013.

On this episode of the Grit Daily Startup, Rodrigo Batista said in 5 years, he reached 1.5 million customers, with him holding the CEO position. In 2019, he sold his share in the exchange and started to build the Digitra.com project, aiming to launch a global product that represents a milestone in the cryptocurrency market.

In 2022, this ambition becomes real as Digitra launches globally.
