Democratizing the Metaverse: New App Habytat’s Mission

Habytat is on a Mission to Democratize the Metaverse

Habytat is striving to make the Metaverse more accessible to everyone with the upcoming launch of Geniuz City. This near photo-realistic world, based on the city of Miami, is set to be one of the most exciting developments in the metaverse world.

When you first download the Habytat App for iOS or Android, you’ll automatically receive a land grant and a home in Geniuz City. Phase 1 of Geniuz City will be limited to just 500,000 citizens, and land will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. However, quickly reaching the NFT level, you can earn a super-premium parcel in a prime location.

In Geniuz City, you’ll be able to customize your home to reflect your style and taste, and you’ll receive rewards every time you visit to enhance and improve your property. Your house and property will grow and improve as you visit and interact with it, and your property can even grow to the size of a metaverse acre. When you reach level 30 (which should take about 30 days), your land will become an NFT that is deeded to you, and many of the things you grow and create will also become NFTs that you own.

In addition to customizing your home, you’ll be able to participate in a wide range of activities in Geniuz City. You can have parties, attend business conferences, shop, socialize, play games, and much more, making it the most coveted 3D virtual social network right at your fingertips.

But how will this change the Metaverse big picture? I chatted with the President of Smarterverse, Gianfranco Lopane, who explained why their product is an important shift in technological capabilities and the Metaverse.

Why is Habytat by Smarterverse in the market?

“Everyone should have the opportunity to participate in and benefit from the Metaverse. That’s why we are building a platform that is accessible, inclusive, and empowering for all. By creating a space where people can interact with others, enhance their own lives, and even own a house that will be NFT-deed it to you, we are working to make the Metaverse a place where everyone belongs. Our goal is not just to create a successful business but to positively impact the world and the people who use our platform. We are committed to being mass adopted and to making the Metaverse a place where people can thrive and achieve their full potential.”

How will this change the Metaverse big picture?

“It will change because we believe the Metaverse should be a place for everyone, not just the wealthy or influential. We are committed to building a near-photorealistic, affordable, and welcoming platform. We offer free houses and property to all users so that no one has to spend tens of thousands of dollars to own a piece of the Metaverse. We also understand that it can be intimidating for regular people to navigate a new virtual world. This is why we are creating a friendly platform and taking steps to ensure the safety and security of our user’s personal information, which they will own, not ours. We want the Metaverse to be where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential, not just a select few. Who wants Mark Zuckerberg or anyone else to own the Metaverse? It should belong to all of us.”

What does this show in terms of technological advancement?

“It represents a significant technological advancement that will revolutionize our lives and interactions. By integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and 3D environments, the Metaverse has the potential to enhance our life experiences in previously unimaginable ways. It will not only showcase the latest advances in technology, but it will also serve as a platform for continued innovation and progress. It will grow in ways only limited by our imagination.”
