Alkami Technology has been selected by ORNL Federal Credit Union (ORNL FCU) to upgrade its digital banking services.
ORNL FCU will deploy the vendor’s Alkami Platform solution to power its growing digital offering, with money movement, credit monitoring, online loan applications and Bitcoin services set to be rolled out.
The Tennessee-based credit union says its digital channel has seen a 24.2% increase in usage over the past two years, bringing its active participation rate to 57% across its member base.
ORNL FCU executive vice president and chief operating officer Dawn Brummett says the Alkami Platform will allow the firm to “stay ahead of the curve and empower our members to get the most out of their digital banking experience”.
Brummett adds: “After vetting several providers, we chose to partner with Alkami because they brought the most advanced digital banking experience to the table and have a proven track record of continuous innovation and stability.”
Established in 1948, ORNL FCU now manages assets worth more than $3.3 billion and has a membership of more than 185,000 across 19 counties of East Tennessee.
