Bahrain’s Bank ABC taps Fenergo for client management solution

Bahrain’s Bank ABC has gone live with digital client onboarding service from Fenergo.

The bank collaborated with Fenergo as part of a wider digitisation initiative

Fenergo’s client lifecycle management (CLM) solution means the bank now has a “holistic view” of its corporate customers. The vendor says the service increases opportunities for collaboration and transparency and easing back-end employee workflow.

Bank ABC, headquartered in Bahrain’s capital, Manama, has partnered with Fenergo as part of a wider digitisation initiative, designed to improve the client experience and ensure the bank remains competitive.

Bank ABC’s digital client onboarding service is now in operation at the Bank’s head office in Bahrain and its Dubai branch with the roll out across the Bank’s global units set to go-live by Q1 2022.

Fenergo’s API-driven SaaS platform outlines the end-to-end client journey, linking up internal stakeholders, clients, third-party data and SWIFT name screening providers on a single platform.

The CLM solution will speed up the onboarding of corporate and institutional clients and its coverage of Know-Your-Customer and Anti-Money-Laundering rules across over 100 jurisdictions will ensure Bank ABC is ready for any incoming regulations.
