Charlotte White is the Co-Founder and CEO of Wonder Integrated Group. A full-service marketing
and advertising agency based out of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. After 20+ years as a brand strategist, working in the London & New York ad scene for mega-brands like Sony, Hertz, Diageo, and Pepsi, Charlotte was inspired to join the B-Corp movement, shifting toward using business as a force for good in the world.

5 Years later, WonderINgroup the company she founded with Andrea Urioste, is committed to supporting brands and initiatives that create more positive impact and social good in the world.

She is a proud Gold “Shorty Social Good Award” finalist, momma of 2 rambunctious boys, and
stays (relatively) sane as a committed yoga and meditation student. She takes those same
philosophies from the yoga mat and applies them to life. Less ego, overcoming fears, living in
truth, and doing the right thing. Her (cough) doppelganger is also co-founder of a naughty publishing company (wink) and co-creator of a new start-up software platform.

Andrea Urioste is a dynamic, award-winning, and passionate international marketing professional with over 20 years of agency and brand experience. She has spent the majority of her career in influencer relationship management and social media, helping in the development of integrated marketing strategies for some of the world’s largest brands like the United Nations, Amazon, Unilever, Ford, and P&G.

Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Global Studies, an Executive MBA in International Business,
and has amassed an incredible network of trailblazers and business leaders from around the
globe. Inspired by serial entrepreneurs, she broke out of her agency career 5 years ago to create a
new kind of agency, one with a conscience; an agency that creates and delivers meaningful
campaigns and one that services their clients in the best way possible.

As Co-Founder and President of Wonder Integrated Group, Andrea is dedicated to helping drive business growth while making a positive impact in the world through the agency’s growing mission on servicing socially conscious brands and organizations.

When she’s not acting CHO (Chief Home Officer) in a household of 3 boys & a dog, traveling to
her homeland Uruguay or running to soccer tournaments at home or abroad, Andrea is focusing
on co-launching a publishing company and co-creating a new start-up software platform.
