Consultant and innovation expert Amy Jo Kim offers advice on how (and why) to fail

Amy Jo Kim has built some amazing games. One of the leaders behind the Sims, Ultima Online, Rock Band, and Covet Fashion, she now consults and mentors on innovation in the gaming space. We sat down with her to gain some real insight on what it means to fail in a startup and in a big corporation and why failure is the heart of innovation.
