Credit Agricole Bank Polska has partnered with tech firm Efigence to release a new application for individual customers and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Called CA24, the firms say the mobile application has been “designed completely from scratch” and offers a “unique” customer experience.
The app has enhanced daily mobile banking by revamping aspects of the user interface and making it more interactive.
“One of the most important underlying assumptions of the application was the optimisation of everyday use,” the firm says.
“This is one of the purposes of the accordion, an element of the start screen interface, enabling the customer to quickly access comprehensive knowledge about their current financial life,” it adds.
Efigence is a technology company providing UX/UI development and consulting services for the financial sector.
“In line with the bank’s strategy, we put a lot of emphasis when designing on showing additional benefits to the user,” says Pawel Dunia, UX director at Efigence.
Efigence says it is also the co-author of a solution named “rzeka korzyści” (benefits stream) which occupies a central place in the application and displays the bank’s benefits club.
The bank calls it the app’s “biggest distinguishing feature” as it offers customers offers from Polish and global brands.
The bank says it will continue to develop the mobile application, with new services due to appear on the platform later in the year.
