Huntington Bank partners InvestCloud to launch Advisor Connect solution

Ohio-based Huntington National Bank has teamed up with fintech firm InvestCloud to launch Advisor Connect, a new digital platform that matches customers with financial advisors whose areas of expertise align with their specific financial needs.

The new offering is built on InvestCloud’s Find My Advisor technology. Developed in collaboration with Huntington, the API-based application will be integrated into the bank’s existing online experience.

Customers are required to answer a few questions before the solution creates a tailored list of financial advisors to suit their preferences and personal interests, with the option of collaborating remotely or in-person.

Michael Robinson, Huntington’s director of wealth management, says the company’s partnership with InvestCloud “delivers on our vision to be the leading ‘people-first, digitally powered’ bank”. Earlier this month, the bank partnered with fintech firm LiquidX for an automated, end-to-end back office solution to scale its trade finance infrastructure.

Founded in 1866, Huntington National Bank currently operates more than 1,000 branches in 11 US states, providing retail and business banking services.

InvestCloud says its tech will enable wealth managers and financial institutions like Huntington to “deepen existing customer relationships while helping clients plan for and achieve their long-term financial and investment goals”. The Find My Advisor application is now available to firms globally via InvestCloud X.
