Jack Lifton, Advisor for One World Lithium: Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) Crucial as ‘Driving’ Force for Electric Vehicles

Jack Lifton has an expertise in ultra-purification of metals and their chemical compounds and alloys for solid state electronic and energy storage as well as the development and testing of separation technologies including lithium carbonate from a brine. Jack is the principal sand editor of Investorintel.com for the past 21 years. He is a sought-after consultant regarding industry trends ang the emergence of new markets.

On this episode of the Grit Daily Startup, Jack came on to talk about One World Lithium Inc. (“OWL”) and how it has signed an Option Agreement with the US Department of Energy (DOE) and its National Energy Technology Laboratories (NETL as its patented technology can separate lithium carbonate from a brine.

OWL will continue to explore and acquire lithium brine properties of merit where the technology may be beneficial. The Agreement is a Non-Exclusive Research and Evaluation License to allow OWL to research and develop commercial applications of the DOE’s patented invention. If the DOE accepts a plan from OWL to commercialize the DOE patents, then OWL will negotiate an exclusive license.
