Mark Kiddell’s Climate Product Empowers Communities at the Individual Level

These are very concerning times as we are seeing in the media almost on a daily basis from recorded forest fires in Canada, but at the same time, lots of new innovation is happening almost on a daily basis that have the potential to solve the climate crisis if mankind all bands together. This is what motivates me — the amount of collaboration that is going on and new technical innovations around this extremely important global issue, every single day! – Mark Kiddell

Back in September, Adaptive Nutrients announced the launch of Climate Fixer, a scientifically proven organic soil conditioner that has the power to permanently remove CO2 from the atmosphere. The one-of-a-kind carbon-negative product empowers communities at the individual level.

“In order to build climate-resilient communities, we need tools to empower positive environmental action. As CEO & Founder of Adaptive Nutrients, my company is en route to the launch of a one-of-a-kind carbon-negative product that does exactly that. The product is scientifically proven to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere permanently. We have started selling the product through approved retailers in Victoria, British Columbia,” says Mark Kiddell.

Adaptive Nutrients Inc. is a family-run venture created to empower our younger generation to prepare to help in the fight against climate change.

Climate Fixer is made from organic volcanic rock. Its nutrient-rich composition contains optimal levels of calcium and magnesium, which allows it to react effectively with atmospheric CO2, in turn, creating dissolved inorganic carbon. These carbon ions are then removed through aquifers and end up in the ocean, where CO2 can be stored naturally for 100,000 years.

It helps to regenerate depleted soil. It’s safe and effective for houseplant health, vegetables, lawns, gardens, trees, and shrubs. The product provides resistance to drought, wind, frost, and insect pests while improving plant health and crop harvest.

“Climate Fixer is good for plants, good for the environment, good for people,” says Mark Kiddell, CEO and Founder of Adaptive Nutrients. “I am thrilled to launch Climate Fixer into the Victoria, BC Marketplace to give consumers a tool they can use to help fight against climate change and make a direct impact in a cost-affordable way.”

Mark’s background and experience as an entrepreneur with business acumen in the industrial development world, and renewable energy segment gives him the in-depth understanding and expertise needed to frontier a movement of Climate Warriors that is focused on sustainability at scale of removing C02 from our Atmosphere permanently.

He’s been involved in the project development industry for a decade and was previously one of the co-founding shareholders of Transition Energy Inc., a company that focused on renewable natural gas projects in BC until it was sold in 2020 to a newly publicly listed Clean Energy Infrastructure Company.
