MassRobotics is hosting a Robotics Engineering Career Fair on October 20 from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The career fair is co-located with RoboBusiness and will take place immediately after the event concludes.
The event will draw from both RoboBusiness attendees and from the robotics/AI community at large. The career fair is free to attend, and all registrants will receive a free expo-only pass for RoboBusiness. To register just for the career fair and to receive the free expo-only pass, click here.
The MassRobotics Career Fair provides opportunities for both job seekers and producers of robotics and AI/machine learning technologies and services seeking qualified, motivated, engineering talent. There are two ways to participate:
Individuals seeking careers: the robotics industry is growing exponentially, and talent is in high demand. This targeted event is designed for technical industry job seekers, including both recent graduates and seasoned engineers, computer scientists, vision specialists, mechatronics experts, AI professionals, and all others seeking career opportunities with robotics/AI companies. Companies from start-ups to industry leaders will be hosting information tables where candidates can learn more about the company, find out what positions are open, and schedule interviews. Free and open to the public, job seekers must register in advance.

Previous career fairs from MassRobotics have attracted over 600 candidates and are designed for technical industry job seekers, including both recent graduates and seasoned engineers, computer scientists, vision specialists, mechatronics experts, AI professionals, and others seeking career opportunities with robotics/AI companies.
Companies currently confirmed to be at the career fair include AMD, Caterpillar, Lattice and Toyota Research Institute with many more to come.
RoboBusiness will feature 100-plus exhibitors, 50-plus speakers, a Startup Workshop, the Pitchfire Startup Competition, networking receptions and much more. RoboBusiness will be co-located with the Field Robotics Engineering Forum, an international conference and exposition designed to provide engineers, engineering management, business professionals and others with information about how to successfully develop and safely deploy the next generation of field robotics systems for operation in wide-ranging, outdoor, dynamic environments. Also co-located with RoboBusiness is DeviceTalks West, the premier industry event for medical technology professionals, currently in its ninth year. Both events attract engineering and business professionals from a broad range of healthcare and medical technology backgrounds.
