Nordic bank SEB to automate billing ops globally with SunTec

SunTec Business Solutions, a pricing and billing tech specialist, has been chosen by SEB, one of the largest corporate banks in the Nordics, for an enterprise-wide automation of its billing operations.

The initiative, known as the Next Generation Offer to Billing Programme, will see SunTec’s flagship Xelerate platform digitise SEB’s sales process, from deal management and pricing to billing, globally.

To begin with, the software will be implemented to support cash management and global and sub custody.

Olle Durelius, co-head of transaction services at SEB, says: “We were seeking a solution provider who could support the transformation of our operations.

“In SunTec, we found a like-minded partner to help us digitise our sales process, ensure faster time-to-market, plug revenue leakage, reduce manual intervention, and ensure we bill clients according to their expectations.”

Nanda Kumar, founder and CEO of SunTec, says the deal “marks a milestone” for his company in the Nordics.
