Salesforce Engineer, Seedrs

Seedrs is an equity crowdfunding platform and the most active funder of private companies in the UK, with almost £1.7 billion invested into campaigns and more than 1,500 deals funded.

The company allows all types of investors to invest as little or as much as they like in businesses they believe in and share in their success. And they allow ambitious businesses in all sectors to raise capital and build community through an efficient, online process.

Seedrs HQ is in London, with teams also across Portugal and Germany. The firm is backed by top-tier institutional investors and VCs, as well as over 4,000 of its own users.

Seedrs is looking for a Salesforce Engineer to design and implement specific initiatives to improve business processes involving CRM. The successful candidate will engage with key business stakeholders, defining a long-term strategy for the company’s CRM implementation aligned with its technology and business strategy.

You will perform hands-on technical development on Salesforce, working with Apex classes and triggers and developing aura and lightning web components while maintaining and improving Salesforce’s deeply connected business processes and applications.

You will act as the owner for Salesforce at Seedrs – driving small changes but also the implementation of big projects, providing Salesforce expertise across the business.

Head of Marketing Analytics, Monzo

Monzo is looking for a Head of Marketing Analytics and Customer Insight to join its data discipline.

As the first person to hold a dedicated leadership role in Marketing Analytics, you’ll be shaping this team from the ground up. You will decide how to build and scale the team and work closely with Monzo’s VP of Marketing and COO.

On day one, you’ll develop and nurture a team of data scientists and analysts to make smart marketing investments across all products at Monzo.

You’ll work closely with the CRM team to build out more robust segmentation strategies, determine the priorities for the marketing data team and help to provide insights around some of the most critical challenges the company is facing as it looks to scale. The marketing, product and data orgs are all growing significantly and you’ll be at the epicentre of that growth.

You should apply if you have experience hiring and managing a team of high-performing data scientists and analysts and you have deep knowledge of marketing analytics across brand marketing, CRM and performance marketing, and the tools used to approach these problems (such as econometrics and testing).

You’ve ideally been in a hands-on, advanced analytics role in the past before moving into a leadership role and you can build relationships with stakeholders outside of your immediate business area.

Manager – AML, Klarna

Klarna was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005. It currently serves over 90 million consumers worldwide and partners with 250,000 merchants, including some of the world’s leading brands, such as H&M, ASOS, IKEA, Adidas, Samsung and Lufthansa.

Klarna’s offices are spread over 17 different markets, hosted by 5,000+ employees from 100+ nationalities.

The focus of the company’s Merchant Monitoring group is to prevent Klarna from being used in financial crimes such as money laundering and terrorism financing through operational reviews, monitoring and investigations of all activity in Klarna’s products.

As the company continues to scale, the Merchant Monitoring discipline is growing in sophistication and becoming integral to the success of the business. To help lead a world-class first line of defense against financial crimes, Klarna is now looking for a senior manager to lead this team.

The successful candidate will work with other Merchant Monitoring teams who specialise in fraud detection, financially distressed merchant management, unusual merchant behaviour and regulatory licence compliance.

You will work closely with the Money Laundering Reporting Officers to escalate suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities, while also investigating complex cross-border transactions and protecting Klarna and its customers from financial crime.
