Thinking about your own “great resignation”? You wouldn’t be alone if you were.
While much of this new workplace phenomenon has been reported with a US focus – in January, nearly 4.3 million Americans quit their jobs – it’s happening in the UK too.
The Office of National Statistics (ONS) reports that resignations rose from the end of 2020 through the next six months, and then significantly exceeded pre-pandemic levels in the final quarter of 2021. In November 2021, a UK survey of 6,000 workers discovered that 24% were planning a change or a move within the next three to six months.
If that’s you, then we have highlighted three tempting jobs below, and for even more open roles, check out our Job Board.
