Philippines-based neobank UNO Digital Bank (UDB) has partnered with Businessnext as it looks to modernise its customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Businessnext’s automated AI solutions, CRMnext and Collectionsnext, will be deployed to support the bank’s customer-facing managers, providing insights that will enable faster transaction approvals and enhance the customer onboarding experience.
