UDB’S upgrade will support the bank’s customer-facing managers

Businessnext’s automated AI solutions, CRMnext and Collectionsnext, will be deployed to support the bank’s customer-facing managers, providing insights that will enable faster transaction approvals and enhance the customer onboarding experience.
