Wyoming Bank and Trust selects Computer Services for core banking upgrade

Wyoming Bank and Trust has selected fintech solutions provider Computer Services Inc (CSI) for its core banking services.

The bank has selected CSI’s NuPoint platform

The locally-owned bank has selected CSI’s NuPoint core platform. It says the move will enable it to offer products and services with a focus on customer experience as well as improve back-office processes.

Wyoming Bank and Trust CEO Jeff Wallace says the partnership with CSI will provide “the personal service and attention we expect”, adding the company did not feel like a “priority client of our previous system”.

“The downtime we faced and the lack of getting problems solved quickly is not how we do business, and therefore reflected poorly on us with our customers,” claims Wallace.

Wyoming Bank and Trust will also use the NuPoint platform to upgrade its mobile banking offering to provide customers with 24/7 access to digital banking services.

CSI delivers core processing, digital banking, cybersecurity, payments processing, print and electronic document distribution and regulatory compliance solutions to financial institutions and corporate customers.

Its NuPoint platform has been selected by the likes of Citizens Bank, Kish Bank and Philadelphia-based Asian Bank over the last 18 months.
